This is a perfect opportunity for a Sustainability Consultant to significantly develop their career in a well-established, successful and market leading organisation offering accredited sustainability and compliance services within the Built Environment and Specialist Access sectors in the UK.
The ideal Sustainability Consultant will:
* Have a degree relevant to the field such as Environmental Science or Sustainability
* Have IESVE experience
* Have experience in Part O and Part L
* Be a qualified NDEA (desirable)
* Have a strong understand of Building regulations
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
* DSM/SBEM (BRUKL) Part L compliance calculations and reports
* IES DSM Models to produce outputs for TM59 compliance reports
* Production of reports to compare alternative design solutions for both new and retrofit projects
* Assisting clients with achieving zero carbon/general ESG objectives
* Delivering necessary level of billable work on a monthly basis
* Assisting clients' understanding of the regulatory understanding of AD Part L, Part F and Part O
