A hybrid opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join a UK's leading entertainment company based in Basingstoke with a nationwide presence.
Join a friendly and very supportive Finance team who share a passion for music and numbers.
The role offers progression opportunities in an expanding organisation and a flexible working environment.
Responsibilities:
* Ownership of sales ledger and accounts payable duties.
* Posting of monthly journals for prepayments & any other adjustments required.
* Assist in the production of the Management Accounts
* Balance Sheet reconciliations
* Assist in the preparation of the monthly Profit & Loss Schedules.
* Assist with the preparation of account for all inter-company transactions.
* Assist in finalising the Year End accounts.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a similar accounts role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Experience in Xero is desirable but not essential
