Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders with precision
* Build strong relationships with customers through email and phone communication
* Manage the smooth shipping of goods to ensure customer satisfaction
* Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently, providing excellent service every time
Candidate Profile:
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner
* Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team
* Customer service experience
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable Experience:
* Previous experience with exporting goods
* Familiarity with Sage software
* Proven ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position (37 hours per week) with the following schedule:
* Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
* Friday: 08:00 - 13:00
