The ideal candidate will specialise in Laser treatments and injectables, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record in patient care and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional non-surgical treatments, including Lasers, Botox, and dermal fillers.
* Conduct skin analysis and provide expert advice.
* Lead and manage a team of therapists.
* Drive patient retention and meet sales targets.
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and conduct audits.
Qualifications:
* NMC registered
* Expertise in Laser and injectable treatments.
* Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen.
