Architect and Architectural Technologist/ Technician

Location: East Grinstead
Salary: £30-40,000 Dependant on experience
An established and innovative architectural practice is seeking a talented Architect, Architectural Technologist, or Architectural Technician to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including residential, healthcare, education, conservation, and specialist remediation projects.

The Role:
* Working across various projects from concept to completion.
* Using Revit to produce detailed technical drawings and designs.
* Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Engaging with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
The Ideal Candidate:
* A qualified Architect, Architectural Technologist, or Architectural Technician.
* Proficient in Revit, with experience in delivering technical packages.
* Ideally experienced in remediation projects, but not essential.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Low energy building, Passivhaus and retrofit experience would be highly desirable.
