A highly regarded architectural practice in Manchester is seeking an experienced Architect with extensive expertise in residential design. Known for a commitment to sustainable, impactful design, the firm prioritizes enhancing lives through thoughtful, client-centred approaches

The ideal candidate would be motivated and professional, locally based, and well-connected within the Manchester region. They should possess a proven ability to bring or establish a client base and have an impressive portfolio of residential projects. This role requires excellent design and project management skills, along with a commitment to delivering inspiring and functional residential spaces.

This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative, design-focused team that values innovation and quality. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping residential projects that enhance local communities.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

* ARB registered with substantial post Part 3 experience.

* Lead and manage residential projects from concept through completion.

* Maintain and build client relationships, leveraging existing connections in the Manchester area.

* Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure design excellence and functional outcomes.

* Mentor and guide junior staff, contributing to a positive and creative workplace culture.

* Significant experience in residential architecture, with a focus on high-quality design.

* Strong local connections, ideally bringing an existing client base.

* Ability to manage complex projects and lead a team effectively.

* Registered architect with relevant qualifications and a deep understanding of UK building regulations.

* Revit skills would be highly desirable, but training can be provided.
