I am seeking an experienced Architect to join a well-established, award-winning practice in Newcastle. Specialising in a diverse range of residential projects, the team is dedicated to delivering innovative, client-focused designs. With an emphasis on bespoke solutions, the practice supports clients through every stage of the project, from concept to completion.
The ideal Architect will have proven experience following their Part 3 qualification, coupled with a creative design flair. You should have a strong background in residential projects and be confident in liaising with clients and contractors. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:
* ARB registered
* Part 3 qualified
* Sufficient post qualification experience is required
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Liaise with clients, contractors and the wider team
* Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
* Designing and modelling projects whilst collaborating with senior team members
* Supporting Project Architects and attend design meetings
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Great technical abilities
* Proficient using AutoCAD and Revit
* Must live within a commutable distance of Newcastle
