I am searching for an experienced Architect to join an award-winning practice in Newcastle. The well-established team works on projects across the residential sector and always provides innovative, creative designs. The practice assists through project initiation to completion and always exceeds client expectations.
The successful Architect will have sufficient experience post Part 3 qualification and excellent technical abilities alongside creative design flare. You will have experience working on residential projects and will be confident liaising with clients and contractors. AutoCAD and Revit proficiency is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:
* ARB registered
* Part 3 qualified
* Sufficient post qualification experience is required
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Liaise with clients, contractors and the wider team
* Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
* Designing and modelling projects whilst collaborating with senior team members
* Supporting Project Architects and attend design meetings
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Great technical abilities
* Proficient using AutoCAD and Revit
* Must live within a commutable distance of Newcastle
