Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
* A relevant HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
* Extensive UK-based post-qualification experience
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
* Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop is beneficial
* Must be located near the Hertford area
* Create detailed technical drawings in close collaboration with the architectural team
* Work closely with the team to ensure client briefs are met to the highest standards
* Manage project workloads and meet strict deadlines
* Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
* Contribute to an environment where innovative and creative design solutions are encouraged
