Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

* Architectural degree, ideally with planning-related modules.

* Several years of architectural experience, including 18 months in the private sector.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other graphic software (e.g., Photoshop, Cine Render).

* Ability to produce high-quality planning application drawings and CAD/BIM outputs.

* Strong time management, adaptability, and collaborative teamwork skills.

* Experience in building and land surveys, including measured surveys and staking outs.

* Knowledge of Building Regulations and Planning Law.

* Report writing and attention to detail.

* Effective client and stakeholder communication, including email and phone inquiries.

* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
