Job Title: Architectural Technician

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning architectural practice who provide expert design services to residential and conservation projects. they are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural Technician to support the team's response to on stage 4 of residential projects for their offices in Peterborough.
To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technician, you will need to have strong and relevant UK based post qualification experience as well as having proficiency with AutoCAD. The successful candidate will need a successful background within the residential sector, as well as strong experience of job running. The individual will also need to be able to demonstrate strong UK building regulation knowledge as well as excellent technical construction drawings.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Degree within Architecture or Architectural Technology
* Good post qualification experience within a UK practice as an Architectural Technician
* Good knowledge and understanding of up-to-date UK building regulations
* Proficient with AutoCAD or ArchiCAD
* Strong technical construction drawing skills
* Ability to work well independently as well as within a team
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Full UK Driver's License is essential
