Location: Newcastle
Salary: £28000-£35000 (dependent on experience)
I am looking for a talented Architectural Technologist with strong technical skills to join a friendly and knowledgeable team in Newcastle. The RIBA-chartered practice has a dynamic portfolio across the Conservation, Education, Residential and Commercial sectors, and prides itself on always delivering high-quality designs in terms of both appearance and functionality. The team creates strong client relationships whilst providing innovative and creative designs which exceed client expectations.
The successful Architectural Technologist will have sufficient experience post qualification and will have exceptional technical abilities. You should have a track record of creating innovative designs alongside a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
* Degree or an HND/HNC in Architectural Technology
* Sufficient industry experience post qualification
* Excellent technical abilities
* Brilliant verbal and written communication skills
* Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
* Able to complete work efficiently whilst adhering to deadlines
* Positive and driven approach to work
* Confidence to develop your skills and career
* Based within a commutable distance to Newcastle
* AutoCAD knowledge is essential
