Salary: £27-37,000 DOE
An established, design-led architecture studio near Tarporley is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join its close-knit team. Specialising in high-end residential projects across the UK, the practice delivers bespoke, detail-driven homes that reflect the unique aspirations of each client. This role offers the opportunity to be involved across all project stages, from planning through to on-site delivery, with real input into the future of the studio.

Daily Duties
* Produce technical drawings and specifications for planning, tender, and construction.
* Manage Building Regulations submissions.
* Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors.
* Attend site visits and client meetings.
* Support project management and contract administration during construction.
* Maintain drawing standards and stay up to date with technical regulations and materials.
Ideal Candidate
* Several years' experience in a similar role, preferably within high-end residential.
* Strong AutoCAD skills (SketchUp and Adobe Suite are a plus).
* In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
* Confident communicator with excellent coordination skills.
* Able to manage workload independently across multiple projects.
* CIAT registered or working towards preferred.
