Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning practice who provide excellent design services to the healthcare, leisure, heritage, and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for an ambitious and talented Architectural Technologist to join their team in their Exeter offices.
To be successful in applying for the role of Architectural Technologist, the successful individual will need to have good post qualification experience in a relevant role, managing their own projects across a range of sectors. The successful individual will need to be able to demonstrate proficiency with Revit, as well as have good working knowledge of UK building regulations.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
* Degree within Architectural Technology
* Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit is essential
* Job running experience
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations and codes
* Strong technical detailing and drawing skills
* Experience managing projects across a broad range of sectors
* Ability to work well independently and within a team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
