Area Sales Manager sought by the building solutions division of a global, £multibillion plastics manufacturer with close to 200 locations worldwide, to cover London & the South East.
The Role:
Working from home and from the London sales office, as Area Sales Manager you’ll be responsible for:
- Generating new business for heating and plumbing products and underfloor heating products within London and the South East
- Working with key decision makers within Specifiers, Mechanical Contractors, Clients, and Wholesalers
- Achieving sales and profitability targets
- Using CRM system to provide regular planning and reporting on all projects
The successful Area Sales Manager will demonstrate:
- Experience of selling plumbing and heating systems to Specifiers and Contractors, ideally including underfloor heating products
- Strong knowledge of the plumbing & heating market
- A strong track record of developing relationships with Developers, Builders, and Contractors and supplying via Wholesalers
- Experience of technical sales
- A structured approach and well-organised
- Excellent communication skills including performing technical presentations
Benefits:
- £29,000 - £55,000 salary depending on skills and experience
- Sales Incentive Programme (results orientated targets - maximum 40% paid quarterly, and individual targets - maximum 10% paid annually)
