Our Ofsted-rated "Good" school in Colchester is seeking a creative and dedicated Art Instructor to join our team. We are looking for a passionate Art Instructor to engage and inspire KS3 and KS4 students, nurturing their artistic abilities in a positive learning environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
As an Art Instructor in Colchester, you will:
* Deliver engaging art lessons to KS3 and KS4 students, fostering creativity and technical skill development.
* Support students' individual progress, inspiring confidence in their artistic expression.
* Work closely with other instructors in the trust to create a unified curriculum, sharing resources and ideas that benefit all students.
* Promote a classroom environment that upholds our trust's core values and goals within the Colchester school community.
What We're Looking For:
* A qualified Art Instructor passionate about art and teaching.
* Ability to inspire and engage students at KS3 and KS4 levels with strong classroom management skills.
* Enthusiasm for collaborative teaching within a multi-school trust, supporting a consistent and enriching art curriculum across Colchester.
