Key Responsibilities - Aspiring Teacher - Teaching Assistant - Hackney
* Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Provide support to individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and help them reach their full potential.
* Help prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom resources.
* Supervise students during activities, breaks, and school events.
* Assist with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment.
* Work closely with teachers to observe and understand various teaching strategies and techniques.
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events, contributing to the overall school community.
