Job Title: Assistant Manager
Location: Dundee, Scotland
Basic Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
OTE: £100 - £200 a month
Shift and schedule: 5 over 7 day working pattern and high street hours

- Welcoming and assisting customers, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Providing personalised product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Guiding customers through the store, offering insights into product features.
- Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising for an appealing shopping environment.
- Accurately processing transactions using the point-of-sale system.
- Monitoring and replenishing inventory levels as required.
- Ensuring the store remains clean and orderly.
- Fostering a customer-centric environment with exceptional service as a top priority.
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Leading and motivating team members by setting a positive example.
- Bringing innovative ideas and effective communication skills to the team.
