Duties of the Role:
* Assist on the preparation, submission, and negotiation of planning applications and appeals.
* Assist on site appraisals.
* Undertake planning research.
* Remain highly motivated and organised, with good interpersonal skills.
Candidate Requirements:
* RTPI accredited degree/qualification in planning or a similar field of study.
* Previous planning experience ideal, but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
