The Role

As a Graduate Planner, you will:

Assist in preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals.

*

Conduct research and site appraisals to support planning strategies.

*

Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.

*

Support the team in negotiating planning permissions.

*

Stay up to date with planning policies and regulations.

A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field (RTPI accredited preferred).

Strong analytical and research skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
