Role Overview:

As an Associate Director, you will be a key leader in our consultancy team, responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and projects, driving business growth, and mentoring a talented team of professionals. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering strategic solutions that align with client objectives while enhancing the firm's reputation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage multiple high-profile projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

* Provide strategic insight and consultancy to clients in areas such as planning, development, infrastructure, and policy.

* Oversee project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Demonstrable years of experience in consultancy, planning, development, or a related field.

* Strong client management and business development skills.

* Comprehensive understanding of planning regulations, development processes, and related legislation.

* Relevant qualifications (e.g., a degree in planning, real estate, urban design, or a related discipline) are preferred.

* Chartered membership of the RTPI is highly desirable.
