My client, a successful and well-established UK based Multidisciplinary Engineering Consultancy which specialises in Civil and Structural Engineering, is seeking a talented and experienced Associate Engineer to join their busy team in Nottingham. Key Responsibilities for this Associate Engineer

* Project Management:

Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.

* Technical Leadership:

Provide technical expertise in civil and structural engineering, reviewing designs, calculations, and reports to maintain high-quality standards.

* Team Development:

Mentor and support junior engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.

* Client Engagement:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.

* Innovation and Sustainability:

Drive innovative and sustainable design solutions that align with current industry practices and regulations.

* Compliance and Standards:

Ensure all project work complies with relevant codes, standards, and legislation, including health and safety requirements.

Qualifications and Experience for this Associate Engineering role include:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or a related engineering discipline (Master's preferred).

* Chartered Engineer status with ICE, IStructE, or equivalent, or working towards it.

* A minimum of 10 years' experience in civil and/or structural engineering.

* Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Tekla, and Autodesk applications.

* Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
