Job Title: Pharmacist (Band 6/7)
Location: NHS Hospital, North London
Duration: 4 months
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Start Date: May 2025
Rate of Pay: £24 - £30 per hour (via Direct Engagement PAYE)
What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of hospital inpatients on rehab wards . In this role, you will:
Perform comprehensive medication reviews and ward-based clinical assessments
Provide expert pharmaceutical care to optimise patient outcomes
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe prescribing and medication use
Educate healthcare professionals and patients on medication-related matters
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid GPhC registration
Prior NHS hospital ward-based experience (rehab wards preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role requires availability Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM with a 4-month contract and potential extension based on performance and service needs.
