Band 6/7 Diabetes Dietitian - Birmingham
Are you a Band 6 or 7 Diabetes Dietitian looking for a locum role in Birmingham? We have an opportunity with competitive pay and flexible working options.
- Job Title: Diabetes Dietitian Band 6/7
- Location: Birmingham
- Duration: 3 months (with potential to extend to 13 months)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Start Date: ASAP
- Rate of Pay: £24-£28 per hour (dependent on experience and banding)
What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Diabetes Dietitian working with adult Type 1 diabetes patients. In this role, you will:
- Provide specialist dietary assessments and advice
- Develop and implement personalised care plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to optimise patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current HCPC registration
- Experience working with Type 1 diabetes patients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This position is available for full-time or part-time candidates, requiring availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The initial contract is for 3 months with potential extension up to 13 months.
