We're looking for a dedicated Behavioural Mentor to join our team in Chichester, working with primary students at our Pupil Referral Unit. If you're eager to make a difference and bring positivity to the classroom, we want to hear from you!

The Role of a Behavioural Mentor:

* As a Behavioural Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting students who face behavioural and emotional challenges. You'll guide them both academically and socially to help them engage and succeed.

* You'll work closely with students in the classroom, encouraging positive behaviour and providing one-on-one support as needed. Behavioural Mentors are crucial in helping students stay focused and motivated.

* Behavioural Mentors are also expected to join students during break times and lunch, building strong relationships and offering guidance in a relaxed, supportive environment.

What We're Looking For:

* GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above) are required.

* We are seeking a Behavioural Mentor who is patient, adaptable, and capable of working with students from a range of backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive, open-minded attitude.

* The ability to build trust and provide ongoing support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and succeed.

Why You Should Join Us:

* Lunch is provided daily, and all Behavioural Mentors are encouraged to spend time with students during mealtime to foster a community spirit.

* We offer plenty of opportunities for professional development, allowing you to grow in your role as a Behavioural Mentor.

* The role is incredibly rewarding, giving you the chance to support young people and help them reach their full potential.
