BI Analyst (Remote) | Up to £45,000
Are you a data expert with a passion for translating numbers into actionable insights? We are seeking a talented BI Analyst to join a dynamic and innovative team.This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility and a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum.
The Role:
In this position, you will:
* Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decisions.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored insights.
* Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Maintain data accuracy, ensuring the integrity of all reports and dashboards.
* Support and train team members in leveraging Power BI effectively for their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create compelling data visualizations and reports in Power BI.
* Automate data collection and reporting processes.
* Provide detailed insights and recommendations based on analysis.
* Work closely with various departments to align data reporting with business goals.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience with Power BI and creating advanced dashboards.
* Synapse experince
* Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* A problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail.
