Job Title: Business Development Administrator

Location: Liverpool

Pay rate: £23,300 per year

Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time

Contract: Permanent

 

Priority Recruitment are pleased to present this exciting opportunity to join a well-established company as a Business Development Administrator, based in their Liverpool City Centre office.

This is a fantastic full-time position offering a genuine long-term career path with full training provided – including the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification (if not already obtained).

You'll be joining a friendly and supportive Client Services team, working across a mix of admin, client support, and proactive business development. Whether you’re chatting with new clients, solving problems, or spotting new opportunities – you’ll be helping drive real results.

The Role:

- Handle incoming client queries via phone and email, explaining services clearly and professionally

- Support existing clients, problem-solving where needed and keeping them updated on progress

- Create detailed reports using internal systems and Microsoft Office tools

- Conduct desk-based research to identify potential new clients

- Work closely with field-based Client Services staff and support larger client accounts

- Grow your own mini-portfolio of clients from the Liverpool office

- Stay up to speed with industry developments and regulations

 

The Ideal Candidate:

- Great communicator, both written and verbal

- Organised, with strong time management and attention to detail

- A team player who takes pride in doing a good job

- Personable, professional, and trustworthy

- Previous admin or client service experience is helpful, but not essential – full training is provided

- Must be able to reliably commute to central Liverpool
