Business Development / Sales Manager
Location : Milnrow
Salary: c£45,000 - £50,000 per annum + bonus + benefits (negotiable - depending on experience)
From their headquarters in Greater Manchester, our client maintains, repairs and installs systems in literally thousands of locations for more than 350 organisations each year in the north of England. Their clients include schools, colleges, universities, hotels, hospitals, healthcare centres, car dealerships, retailers, professional services and manufacturing companies together with private homes of all sizes. The management team contains air conditioning professionals with more than 40 years' experience in this highly regulated industry.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, they are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join the team. In this role, you'll identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive growth. You'll be generating leads, researching markets, and fostering strong client relationships. From developing sales strategies and negotiating deals to collaborating with internal teams and creating impactful proposals, you'll be at the heart of expanding their reach. Plus, you'll get to attend industry events, network, and represent the brand.

Skills and Qualifications
To be shortlisted for this role you will need:
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth.
* Experience of selling products in a B2B environment is a must and relevant industry knowledge would be advantageous.
* To be motivated, confident and enthusiastic, naturally develop relationships with clients and possess a customer focused approach.
