Afternoon Caretaker - Primary School in Tonyrefail
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Caretaker to join our primary school in Tonyrefail. This is a part-time, afternoon role, Monday to Friday, for approximately 5 hours per day.
Key Requirements:
* Must have experience as a handyman, caretaker, or in maintenance roles.
* Ability to carry out general repairs and maintenance.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a school environment.
* Must be willing to or already have an Enhanced DBS check.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct general repairs and maintenance around the school.
* Ensure the school grounds are safe and secure.
* Assist with setting up and tidying school facilities for events.
* Carry out safety checks on school equipment and premises.
* Maintain cleanliness in outdoor areas and manage waste disposal.
