A mainly daytime Chef de Partie job in Manchester, paying a salary of £25,047 for 40 hours + overtime paid, is available for a Conference & Banqueting Hotel.

As this is a Conference & Banqueting Hotel, it's completely different to the stressful environments of traditional Restaurants, Pubs and similar venues. The morning and lunch shifts consist of delivering a breakfast buffet and prep for the meeting & event buffets. When working a late shift, there are rarely more than 10-15 tickets, due to most guests venturing out into the city for their evening meal.
Mainly Daytime Hours Chef de Partie job in Manchester, Highlights:
* Base salary of £25,047
* 40 hours per week
* Overtime paid hourly if you pick up any extra hours
* Full time, permanent position.
* Mainly shift times of 6:30am-3pm or 10am-6:30pm ... with occasional evening shifts of 1:30pm-10pm.
* You will also tend to have at least 1 full weekend off per month, sometimes more.

There is a full kitchen team in place once this position is hired, with a brigade of 6. The kitchen is large and spacious and is different to the stressful 'check driven' kitchens that you might be working in. When catering for banqueting and buffets, most food requirements are planned in advance.
