Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of a la carte dishes to the highest standards
- Follow recipes and presentation standards with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Work collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff across the site
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef, with expertise in a la carte cooking
- Passion for delivering high-quality food with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills
- NVQ Level 2 Culinary or Equivalent
- Food hygeine certificate (Level 2)
