Are you a Wards Based Clinical Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in Lincoln ? We have an exciting opportunity for you!
Job Details:
* Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist
* Location: Private Hospital, Lincoln
* Pay Rate: £27 - £37 per hour (paid via umbrella)
* Contract: Full-time, Monday - Friday (5 days per week)
* Start Date: April 2025
* Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute break)
What You'll Be Doing:
Join our client's team as a Wards Based Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving patient outcomes. In this role, you will:
* Provide clinical pharmacy services to hospital wards, ensuring safe and effective use of medications.
* Review patient prescriptions and medical records, providing advice on the correct use of drugs.
* Monitor patient medication regimens and provide consultations to healthcare teams.
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care for patients.
* Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures and contribute to the ongoing improvement of patient safety.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Must have hospital pharmacy experience.
* Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* Excellent communication and team-working skills.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Demonstrated experience in clinical pharmacy settings, ideally in a wards-based role.
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
* Full-time, Monday to Friday position.
* 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a 30-minute break.
* Strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
