CNC Operator
Location: Ashford
Overview of Role
We are looking for skilled CNC Operator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring daily line performance, upholding product specifications, and meeting stringent quality standards. This role requires adherence to all site safety procedures and a proactive, flexible approach to work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and optimise daily line performance.
* Ensure product specifications and quality standards are consistently met.
* Adhere to all site safety procedures.
* Collaborate effectively with team members.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
What we're looking for:
* Previous CNC programming experience is essential.
* A sound understanding of Health and Safety practices.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A good team player with a "can-do" attitude.
* Computer literacy and capability to operate machinery using touch screen panels.
* Exceptional eye for detail.
* Doosan or Fanuc experience ideally
