Consumer Research & Insights Coordinator

CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading global brand to appoint a (junior) Consumer Research & Insights Coordinator for an initial 8-month contract. The Coordinator will represent the voice of the consumer to the business through the delivery of insights and market context to help stakeholders better understand how consumers think and engage with the brand.

This will be achieved through the assessment of business information and analytics using data-specific systems and tools, which will then be monitored, analysed and findings presented to internal stakeholders to improve business intelligence and campaign performance.

Any experience within media, advertising or audience analysis is highly desirable, though not mandatory.

Role Requirements

* Analysis and interpretation of TV/Content audience data and sales trends

* Support internal teams by providing insight into audience/consumer engagement, trends and opportunities to inform strategic business decision-making

* Utilise data-specific systems and tools to assess data from various sources

* Support the delivery and presentation of insights to stakeholders

* Monitor key performance indicators and metrics

Required Skills & Experience

* A strong curiosity in research, insights or analytics

* Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure

* Ability to connect with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner

* Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties

* Strong MS Office skills

* Builds Relationship & Communicates Effectively

* Strategic mindset

* Experience in or passion for media and content (desirable)
