Job Title: Conveyancer

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Conveyancer to join our well-established firm in Kingswood. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to manage a caseload of approximately 30 clients per month, with the support of two secretaries.
We offer flexibility, considering both full-time and part-time candidates, with options for home working. Our office provides on-site parking, ensuring a convenient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Providing high-quality client service, maintaining regular communication.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
Working closely with your team, including two secretaries, to ensure efficiency.
Requirements:
Qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive).
Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 30 files per month.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
