This Secondary is ideal for yourself due to its supportive nature and career progression plan. We are looking for a creative individual to help with leading classrooms and lessons plans given from the teacher, and also partake in 1 to 1 activities with students.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-set lesson plans provided by the subject teacher or department.
* Manage student behaviour in accordance with the school's behaviour policy.
* Supervise and assist students during their classwork, ensuring they stay on task.
* Promote a positive learning environment, encouraging student participation.
* Ensure lessons run smoothly by maintaining good order and discipline.
* Provide basic assistance and clarification to students if needed.
* Ensure that all materials and resources required for the lesson are available.
* Encourage students to complete their work to the best of their ability.
* Respond to any immediate queries or issues in the classroom.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
* Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
* Experience working with young people, preferably in a school setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage and engage groups of students effectively.
