Role Description:
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play an instrumental role in ensuring continuity in education during teacher absences at schools across Camden. Who We Are Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor.
* Recent graduates seeking hands-on classroom experience.
* Those interested in teaching and wanting to try it out while earning!
Relevant Skills & Experience:
* Strong literacy & numeracy skills (GCSE Grade C, NVQ3 or equivalent in English & Maths).
* Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Ability to collaborate as part of a wider team.
* A good understanding of child safeguarding practices (certifications or qualifications in this area are highly desired).
* Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office, and using it effectively in the classroom.
General Duties:
* Supervising and managing lessons already prepared for the class.
* Managing pupil behaviour and implementing the school's behaviour policy.
* Supervising a range of subjects and key stages.
* Ensuring pupils remain on task throughout the lesson.
