Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage classrooms during teacher absences, ensuring students stay focused and engaged.

* Follow lesson plans and ensure students complete assigned work to a high standard.

* Maintain a calm, respectful classroom environment in line with school policies.

* Support students who need help understanding the material and encourage their progress.

* Work closely with teachers and other staff to understand student needs and school routines.

Qualifications and Experience:
