Job Title: CPN Band 6 - CMHT
Location: Nuneaton area
Duration: 3-month ongoing contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: TBC
Rate of Pay: £25.50 - £26.50 per hour
A Day in the Life of a CPN:
Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) Your core responsibilities include: ✔ Carrying a caseload and providing comprehensive mental health assessments. ✔ Medication management and participating in duty rotas. ✔ Developing and implementing personalised care and treatment plans. ✔ Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists. ✔ Overseeing students and supporting their learning and development. ✔ Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records in line with compliance standards.
Requirements & Qualifications:
✔ Current and valid NMC registration and PIN . ✔ Prior experience in community mental health . ✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ✔ Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. ✔ Commitment to delivering high-quality mental health & nursing care. ✔ May be possible for some part remote working.
