Credit Controller, Poole, Full-Time, Permanent, up to £28k
As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing and collecting payments from customers, assessing credit risks, and ensuring timely resolution of account issues. This role aims to maintain optimal cash flow and minimise bad debts by efficiently managing customer accounts and building strong customer relationships.
As a Credit Controller you will:
* Produce and distribute customer overdue/reminder letters
* Produce and circulate weekly and ad hoc on stop, credit hold status and other reports
* Conduct proactive management of new accounts and high value invoices
* Build effective relationships and rapport with customers and internal contacts
As a Credit Controller you will be:
* Proactive, with a 'can do' & team player approach to work

* Self-motivated, driven and enthusiastic
* An effective, professional communicator through both verbal and written communication means
* Knowledgeable of end to end distribution business process and accounts role within it
