Customer Service Administration

Our client has over 70 years of lighting experience in decorative lighting. Their Head Office function is currently located in Chadderton, Oldham.
They have stores situated in Oldham, Leeds, Glasgow, and Birmingham, alongside a large online presence.
They pride themselves on their fast delivery service, extensive choice of product, great value for money and excellent customer service.
The Role
They are looking to recruit an addition to their expanding customer care team at their Oldham based head office, working 37.5/40 hours per week. The applicant would need to be flexible to meet the needs of the business. They are looking for a candidate that is enthusiastic and will work to ensure all customer have a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dealing directly with customers via phone email or live chat in a positive manor with queries, full training given.
* Taking orders for customer
* Printing orders, invoicing and dispatching
* General clerical duties e.g filing, archiving
* Actioning returns following return procedures
Skills and Qualifications
* Good written skills and the ability to prepare work to a high standard
* Friendly and motivated at all times and positive attitude
* High level of customer service/care skills
* Ability to work under pressure and multi task
* Ability to work effectively with a range of people
* Competent and IT proficiency- full training given on their computer system
* Adhere to company procedures and policies
