Our client, a leading technology manufacturer, are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their fast-paced team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will navigate the complexities of customer inquiries with expertise and precision.
Hours of work are shifted across Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm, and once every four weeks working a Saturday 9am – 5.30pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be:
·Communicating with and responding to customers about incidents, events, and requests, demonstrating excellent levels of customer service
·Taking action to provide solutions which solve complex problems permanently
·Analysing, diagnosing, and resolving all errors, faults, and incidents
·Consistently recording accurate information to support improvements and decision making
·Prioritising and managing several open issues and incoming calls
·Providing excellent customer service, building a good rapport through open and interactive communication
WHAT YOU NEED
To be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor, you will need:
·Previous experience in a customer facing role – ideally phone-based customer service experience
·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
·Excellent organisation and time management skills
·The ability to work well under pressure
·A warm and friendly disposition, with the passion to help customers
·The ability to create and develop good rapports with customers
