Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Avonmouth, Bristol
Start: ASAP
Duration: Temporary Ongoing (potential to go permanent)
Pay rate: £13.00 per hour
We are looking for a personable and engaging Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete customer journey interpersonal. You'll play a crucial part in building strong customer relationships and identifying upselling opportunities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
o Engage with customers via telephone, email, and website inquiries to provide timely, effective support.
o Manage orders from enquiry through to completion, taking ownership of the customer journey.
o Build and nurture strong relationships with regular customers, gaining a deep understanding of their needs.
o Utilise product knowledge to advise customers
o Communicate clearly and negotiate effectively to resolve queries in line with company policies.
o Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service processes and performance.
o Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced operational environment.
o Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
o Pick up ad hoc admin tasks such as filing, paperwork and more.
o Participate in team meetings and share best practices to enhance overall service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications:
o Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
o Strong initiative and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proven customer service experience, ideally handling inbound order (preferable)
o Basic computer literacy in MS Office.
