You'll play a key role in delivering excellent service to a wide range of users, including resellers, end customers, and internal teams - providing support across technical queries, product advice and order processing.

As a Customer Support Specialist , your responsibilities will include:

* Providing technical and non-technical support to customers across a range of software products

* Assisting with product queries, order processing, and partner support

* Escalating more complex issues to technical specialists in line with internal procedures

* Keeping records up to date in the CRM system , following internal ticketing and case management processes

* Developing in-depth product expertise and delivering excellent service across all customer touchpoints

As a Customer Support Specialist , your skills and experience will include:

* Previous experience in a customer support or technical helpdesk role

* Knowledge of Microsoft office applications

* Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver service with clarity and professionalism

* A proactive and patient approach, with the ability to manage multiple queries calmly and effectively
