Academics is looking for a Teaching Assistant who is able to work at Primary Schools in the Crodon Area.
Key Responsibilities - Daily Supply Teaching Assistant - Croydon
* Support the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom behaviour
* Work with small groups or individual pupils to provide tailored support
* Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom organisation
* Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Encourage pupil engagement and participation in class activities
* Supervise children during break and lunch times when required
* Foster the social and emotional development of pupils
* Ensure safeguarding policies are followed at all times
Requirements:
* Experience working with primary-aged children (desirable but not essential)
* A passion for education and supporting children's learning
* Flexibility to work on short notice and adapt to different classroom environments
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive attitude, patience, and resilience
* Right to work in the UK
