Salary: £45-60,000 (dependent on experience)

A leading real estate and development firm is seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager to join its growing team. With a strong pipeline of sustainable, design-led urban regeneration projects across the UK and Europe, this role offers the opportunity to shape landmark schemes that prioritise innovation, wellbeing and environmental impact.
The successful Design Manager will play a key role in leading and coordinating the design process across multiple mixed-use and residential-led developments, from early concept through to delivery. You will work closely with internal teams and external consultants, the successful candidate will ensure design integrity, technical excellence and alignment with the business's strategic vision.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Design Manager:
* Experience working as a job-running Architect or Architectural Technologist
* ARB or CIAT accredited
* Excellent knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
* Able to confidently manage teams, consultants and contractors
* Brilliant technical design and construction detailing abilities
* Able to balance design quality with cost and viability
* Experience with BTR, co-living, or student housing is highly desirable.
* Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex design programmes.
* A passion for sustainable, people-centric design.
