Key Responsibilities of a Primary School Teacher (ECT):

* Planning and Delivering: Develop and deliver engaging, effective lesson plans that meet curriculum requirements and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.

* Classroom Management: Create a positive, inclusive, and well-organized classroom environment that promotes student learning and good behaviour.

* Assessing Student Progress: Regularly assess and monitor students' academic progress, providing feedback and adjusting teaching methods as necessary to support their development.

* Supporting Student Development: Foster the social, emotional, and academic growth of students, providing support where needed and encouraging independence.

* Collaboration with Colleagues: Work closely with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience for all students.
