Electrical Shift Engineer – Wembley – £47,000

Location: Wembley

Salary: £47,000 + Overtime

Shift Pattern: 4 ON, 4 OFF (Days & Nights)

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a high-end contract in Wembley. In this role, you will oversee electrical PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance), reactive maintenance tasks, and other general building services. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily electrical PPM and reactive maintenance tasks.

- Respond to emergency callouts efficiently and in line with company standards.

- Carry out all electrical work including lighting, wiring, alarm systems, BMS, and more.

- Handle minor plumbing duties, such as toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks.

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems) and perform fault-finding tasks.

- Work with BMS head-end controls and HVAC plant, including VAV/VRV systems.

- Manage water treatment tasks and maintain high standards across all technical services.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

- City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent).

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in building services maintenance.

- Proven knowledge and experience working with electrical systems, HVAC, and BMS controls.

- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

- A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and developing professionally.
