In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of high-voltage electrical systems within a fast-paced, mission-critical facility. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate, monitor, and maintain both HV and LV electrical systems, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and operational procedures.

- Perform both scheduled and reactive maintenance on critical electrical systems, such as switchgear, UPS, generators, and BMS.

- Conduct HV switching operations following Safe Systems of Work.

- Respond swiftly to technical faults, diagnosing and implementing repairs to minimize downtime.

- Coordinate with external contractors to maintain high standards of safety and operational performance.

- Keep detailed and up-to-date maintenance records, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (Essential)

- Inspection and Testing 2391 (Desirable)

- City & Guilds BS 7671 or equivalent qualification

- IPAF Certification for 3a & 3b machines (Desirable)

- HVAP qualification (Desirable)

- Electrically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2 & 3

- Proven experience in building maintenance, particularly within critical environments

- Strong knowledge of UPS, generators, power distribution, HVAC, HV, LV, and associated systems

- Excellent communication skills

- Multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical systems

- Leadership and management capabilities
