If you are a qualified On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor, then this may be the opportunity for you! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to become part of a fast growing and successful sustainability consultancy that is recruiting an OCDEA who can hit the ground running while working from a fully remote position.
The Ideal Energy Assessor will:
* Have at least one year of experience within a similar role
* Be well organised
* Have an eye for detail
* Be able to develop relationships with clients and other members of staff
* Ideally gave experience writing sustainability reports and strategies
* Have experience or knowledge of planning and Part L building regulations
Job responsibilities:
* Developing relationships with clients
* Provision of high volumes of SAP assessments and EPCs to ensure our clients achieve compliance with Part L and EPCs are issued in a timely manner
* Providing high quality consultancy and written reports at land purchase and planning stage to ensure that planning requirements are met
* Utilisation of resources from within the team to ensure that the client receives timely, high quality advice and assessments
